  • Proof of marriage to your spouse (a certified copy Italian marriage certificate) Note: The U.S. (or non-Italian) marriage record, complete with apostille and translation, must first be registered with the consulate by the Italian spouse
  • Certified copy of the applicant’s birth certificate
    • The birth certificate must be in long form
    • Translated into Italian
    • Must have an apostille attached
  • Proof of B1 level proficiency in written and oral Italian
