Services & Fees

Keep in Mind:

• Package includes collection of all birth/death records and one marriage record per generation of documents. Additional marriage and divorce records needed will be added to the cost of the package in accordance with our ‘a la carte’ pricing schedule. Please note there are additional fees for birth records needed from the state of New York (outside of New York City). Costs for the collection of those records will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and extra fees applied only where required. Please also note that as of January 1, 2025, Italian municipalities can charge an administrative fee of up to 300 euros per document for the issuance of vital records.  These fees are not included in Your Italian Passport’s package pricing and will only be applied upon receipt of a written demand from the municipality.
• Costs and labor fees associated with amendment of records are not included in the package quotes above. Your Italian Passport will provide a thorough analysis of all records, identifying all name and date discrepancies therein. All available options for amendment of records will be presented, and Your Italian Passport will handle all modifications of records with which the applicant elects to proceed.
• Package pricing does not include fees owed to the Italian Consulates, Embassies, or Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the review and processing of the application. Clients will pay these fees directly to the Italian government office receiving the application. Package pricing also does not include labor and filing fees associated with submitting a petition for citizenship to the court in Italy. These costs will be discussed at length during your initial consultation if your case must be heard in Italian court.
