Proof that your spouse is an Italian citizen (Italian passport, or citizenship recognition letter/email from Italian Consulate)
Proof of marriage to your spouse (a certified copy Italian marriage certificate)
Note: The U.S. (or non-Italian) marriage record, complete with apostille and translation, must first be registered with the consulate by the Italian spouseCertified copy of the applicant's birth certificate
